Watch with a BIGGER picture!! After starting either a LIVE or ON DEMAND video, you'll see two icons at the bottom right corner of the playback video screen. As you move your mouse pointer over the first one, you'll see, "NEW WINDOW". Click on it and you'll get a message that says, This will restart the video you are currently watching, do you wish to proceed? Click YES and the video will now cover about 1/3 of your screen. At the right bottom corner of your new screen, there is a icon that looks like a little black square with small marks on each corner. If you click on that, the video will now take up your entire screen!  Press the ESC key on your keyboard (usually upper left corner on most keyboards) will make your screen 1/3 size again.
